The front-breathing design allows built-in installation under counters, with a fully finished exterior cabinet in black that also allows freestanding use. This unit is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards for use in foodservice or residential settings. On the left side of the SWCDAR36UC is the wine cellar zone, featuring a reversible glass door with elegant stainless steel trim and a professional handle. Inside, this model can store up to 34 standard sized wine bottles, and the unit s slotted floor can also accommodate champagne if needed. The slide-out wooden shelves have steel fronts for a modern look. The digital control panel lets you adjust the temperature between 40 and 72 F to accommodate red, white, or sparkling wine. On the right is a frost-free two-drawer all-refrigerator in an attractive stainless steel finish with a vertical grain. Stainless steel construction inside and out offers durability in a professional look. Two adjustable dividers allow you to separate the drawer compartments into two or four zones to accommodate a variety of sizes, perfect for storing beverages or meats and cheeses to pair with your favorite wine. The digital control panel lets you adjust the temperature between 35 and 47 F. Additional features include a high-temperature alarm and an open drawer alarm for added peace of mind. Sabbath Mode disables certain electrical features during periods of religious observance, while a temperature memory function helps to recover all settings in the event of power loss. Note: This unit comes with an anti-tip bracket, which should be installed to prevent tipping forward.
