Upon registration, by checking the provided check box, You hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service (hereinafter "Agreement") which, along with the consideration of the mutual promises You and We make to each other, then becomes a binding contract between You and Us. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice.

Our goal at appliancepalace.com is to make Your purchasing experience easy and efficient. Sales Tax:

Any and all sales or use tax will be Your responsibility. Sales tax calculations on the website are an estimate only. Your true sales tax, if applicable, will be calculated and presented to You at the time of product delivery.

Certain organizations such as non-profits or government offices may qualify for tax-exempt purchases. If You believe You qualify, please email a copy of Your tax exemption certificate, resale certificate and/or other required documentation to customerservice@appliancepalace.com within 30 days of Your purchase. Some states may grant exemptions for specific appliance types such as energy-efficient appliances that align with government sustainability goals.

Return Policy:

As a business that strives to ensure the best shopping experience in-store and online, We at Appliance Palace understand that returning items can be a frustrating experience. That is why We make every effort to make the process streamlined and hassle-free. Please view the following guidelines to ensure Your item(s) qualify for a return or exchange:

How Long Do I Have to Return My Item?

  • 30-Day Return Period: Most items are eligible for returns within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After thirty (30) days, Your items will no longer eligible for return.
  • Additional Eligibility Requirements:
    • New Condition & Unused: This includes all original packaging, parts, and accessories. If Your items have been installed and/or used, eligibility for a return will be determined at the discretion of Appliance Palace. You may incur up to a 10% restocking fee.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a return. Valid proofs include order numbers, invoice, and receipts from Your transaction.

How Do I Return My Item?

Please follow the guidelines below for the fastest and most efficient return experience:

  • Obtain an RMA Number:

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any of Your order items. To obtain an RMA number, contact our Customer Service team using one of the following methods:

    • Call (877) 274-2330 to speak to a Customer Service agent directly - Available Monday to Friday
    • Log into Your Appliance Palace account, go to Your Order History, and select which items You wish to return.
  • Prepare Items for Shipping: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box with all accessories and included literature (manuals, specification sheets, etc). Include the RMA number in or on the package.
  • Shipping Fees: Except in cases where the return is the result of Appliance Palace's error (wrong item/defective products), the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • Processing Your Refund: Your returned items will be inspected by our staff once they are received and We will process Your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanging Items: If You wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is not available, We will process a refund or offer an alternative product.

Will I Be Charged a Restocking Fee for My Item?

No restocking fee applies to unopened, new items. A restocking fee of up to 10% may be incurred for large items that have been opened like refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers. If Your item has already been installed, whether by our delivery team or anyone else, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

*If Your item is defective or damaged, You must notify Appliance Palace within 48 hours of when it was delivered. You will not incur a restocking or shipping fee on the returned item and We will arrange for a replacement to be delivered.

Special Exclusions

There are select items which are ineligible for returns after purchase. These include:

  • Unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom-built or special-order items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Any purchased gift cards.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel Your order, please use our Live Chat or call 877-274-2330 as soon as possible to get in touch with our Customer Service staff and have Your order number ready.

  • If Your Item Has Not Yet Shipped: Orders cancelled before shipping is initiated can be done so without penalty to the buyer. No additional charges will be applied, and if payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to Your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If Your Item Has Already Shipped: After shipping has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible. Thereafter, please refer to Appliance Palace’s Return Policy for the next steps in returning the item. You may be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that apply.
  • Custom and Special-Order Items: These cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to check the status of these items.

Product Images: The product images on this site are computer-generated renderings, provided by the manufacturers, that represent a close approximation to the look of the actual, physical product. Do not rely solely on the images provided as a reference when placing an order. Some images may be there to show a product feature, design, handle style, finish, etc. In some cases, the manufacturer does not provide an image for the item, but will provide a similar image or a different color to give You an idea of what the product looks like. Carefully read the included product specification literature or contact one of our sales associates for any clarifications. If You require technical support, manufacturer warranty information, product manuals or repair locations, please contact the manufacturer of Your product(s) directly.

Website Errors:

Pricing and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. There may be instances where a product or multiple products are listed incorrectly. This includes, but is not limited to, typographical errors, description inaccuracies, and pricing errors. In these cases, We reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been submitted, confirmed, and Your credit card has been charged. We understand this can be a frustrating experience that sets back the completion of Your renovation project. If You are not fully satisfied with Your purchase, You can return it in accordance with Our Return Policy.

Cancellations Initiated by Us:

Order confirmation, electronic or otherwise, does not guarantee acceptance of any order placed by You, nor does it constitute confirmation of Our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. There are certain cases in which We may initiate the cancellation of an order. These include:

  • Credit Card Declines: We will first reach out to You by phone and email to notify You if Your credit card was declined during order processing. You will have 14 business days to contact us and provide an alternative payment method, after which Your order will be cancelled if no response is received.
  • Alternate Billing/Shipping Address: To prevent fraud, We are taking additional security measures to verify Your identity before shipping your order. If Your order includes a billing address other than what Your credit card company has on file for You, Your order will be held until We can verify the correct billing address. If You are shipping Your order to an address other than Your billing address, You must list the shipping address as an alternate address on Your credit card or Your order will be held. Your order will remain on hold for 14 business days, after which Your order will be cancelled if no response is received. *This only applies to first-time customers on our website.

Order Verification by Location:

  • U.S.A. Residents: While We ask that You use the same billing address and phone number connected with the credit card You used during purchase, We may contact You for additional verification details before processing Your order. Scanned copies of both sides of a state-issued ID and your credit card may be requested if the billing address and phone number do not match those connected with your credit card. Alternatively, We may initiate a temporary small authorization charge to Your credit card, the exact value of which You will be expected to verify. A notification will be sent to the email used for purchase if such verification is required.
  • International Customers: As a merchant based in the U.S.A., We are unable to verify addresses and phone numbers of orders placed by customers living abroad. Scanned copies of both sides of a state-issued ID and your credit card will be required to process your order. We will also initiate a temporary small authorization charge to Your credit card, the exact value of which You will be expected to verify.
