Returns & Exchanges


How Long Do I Have to Return My Item?


30-Day Return Period:

Most items are eligible for returns within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After thirty (30) days, your items will no longer be eligible for return.

New Condition & Unused:

This includes all original packaging, parts, and accessories. If your items have been installed and/or used, eligibility for a return will be determined at the discretion of Appliance Palace. You may incur up to a 10% restocking fee.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a return. Valid proofs include order numbers, invoices, and receipts from your transaction.


How Do I Return My Item?


Please follow the guidelines below for the fastest and most efficient return experience:

Obtain an RMA Number:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any of your order items. To obtain an RMA number, contact our Customer Service team using one of the following methods:

Prepare Items for Shipping:

Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box with all accessories and included literature (manuals, specification sheets, etc). Include the RMA number in or on the package.

Shipping Fees:

Except in cases where the return is the result of Appliance Palace's error (wrong item/defective products), the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Processing Your Refund:

Your returned items will be inspected by our staff once they are received and we will process your refund within 7‐10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanging Items:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is not available, we will process a refund or offer an alternative product.


Will I Be Charged a Restocking Fee for My Item?


No restocking fee applies to unopened, new items. A restocking fee of up to 10% may be incurred for large items that have been opened like refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers. If your item has already been installed, whether by our delivery team or anyone else, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

* If your item is defective or damaged, you must notify Appliance Palace within 48 hours of when it was delivered.

You will not incur a restocking or shipping fee on the returned item and we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered.


Special Exclusions


There are select items which are ineligible for returns after purchase. These include:

  • Unless they arrive damaged or defective, custom-built or special-order items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Any purchased gift cards.

Order Cancellation Policy


To cancel your order, please use our Live Chat or call 877-274-2330 as soon as possible to get in touch with our Customer Service staff and have your order number ready.

If Your Item Has Not Yet Shipped:

Orders cancelled before shipping is initiated can be done so without penalty to the buyer. No additional charges will be applied, and if payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If Your Item Has Already Shipped:

After shipping has been initiated, cancellation is no longer possible. Thereafter, please refer to Appliance Palace's Return Policy for the next steps in returning the item. You may be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that apply.

Custom and Special‒Order Items:

These cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to check the status of these items.


Product Images: The product images on this site are computer-generated renderings, provided by the manufacturers, that represent a close approximation to the look of the actual, physical product. Do not rely solely on the images provided as a reference when placing an order. Some images may be there to show a product feature, design, handle style, finish, etc. In some cases, the manufacturer does not provide an image for the iteme, but will provide a similar image or a different color to give you an idea of what the product looks like. Carefully read the included product specification literature or contact one of our sales associates for any clarifications. If you require technical support, manufacturer warranty information, product manuals or repair locations, please contact the manufacturer of your product(s) directly.
