The SCR1401LHRI is an upright beverage center conveniently sized with a slim 24-inch footprint. The stainless steel trimmed glass door provides a full view of storage down to the floor, with recessed LED lighting to ensure an attractive and efficient presentation. The door comes in a left-hand door swing and features a self-closing design to help protect stored items in commercial settings where customers may not take the time to ensure a tight seal. This unit comes pre-installed on a dolly with four 3" casters for easy mobility, perfect for restaurants and bars. The dolly can also be removed and reattached as needed. A factory-installed lock offers additional security. This unit has a fully finished stainless steel cabinet and is designed for freestanding indoor use. Inside, the SCR1401LHRI utilizes frost-free operation for minimum user maintenance. The interior walls are made from stainless steel for improved durability and sanitation. Its reach-in design allows convenient user access to the interior. The cantilevered shelving system allows users to rearrange the interior to accommodate a variety of sizes. We include a set of U-shaped steel tray holders with seven aluminum half-sheet pans. We also package an additional set of standard chrome shelves for alternate storage if preferred. The digital control panel is conveniently located towards the top, allowing staff to adjust the temperature without bending to the floor. The readout can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Additional features include an audible high temperature alarm, open door alarm, temperature memory function, and sabbath mode setting. The SCR1401LHRI is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 for use in commercial settings.
