It ships pre-set for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for use with propane connections. The stainless steel front provide a professional look, with a matching curved handle. The recessed cooking surface features a powerful 18000 BTU burner for large dishes, as well as standard 9000 BTU and 6000 BTU burners and a smaller 3500 BTU burner for delicate sauces. Two sets of continuous cast iron grates are designed to hold up to heavy pots and pans. This unit features upfront push-to-turn knobs that let you adjust your stovetop cooking without reaching over hot burners. It utilizes an electronic ignition system for added safety. The high backguard helps to protect your wall from splashes and spills. The oven controls are digital for easy use. A clock and timer offer added convenience, while a child lock allows you to disable the controls to prevent users from activating the oven. This range features a large oven window and interior light, making it easy for users to monitor their cooking. Inside, the 4.8 cu.ft. interior is made from durable porcelain and includes an adjustable rack. Cooking settings include bake, broil, and 'keep warm' to maintain 175 F for up to three hours. The waist-high broiler is conveniently located inside, letting you finish your cooking without transferring contents to an inconvenient drop-down compartment on the floor. A steam clean function offers a safe and environmentally-friendly option to clear grease from the oven. The unit's lower compartment is a slide-out drawer for cookware storage.
