Crisp function
A delicious, crispy outside is the perfect finishing touch for some foods: Fries or croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven climate. This is achieved through the controlled reduction of moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp Function to suit your needs.
DualSteam
Perfection to suit your taste: The Miele Steam Oven is the ideal complement to the oven and cooktop and ensures the best cooking results. Fast heat-up times and short cooking durations as well as even steam distribution make it easier for you to cook food – this is made possible with a powerful external steam generator (3.3 kW) and the special positioning of two DualSteam steam inlets.
Combi-Steam ovens
Flexibility for the best baking and roasting results: Combine moist and dry heat as you wish. To ensure the best results, you can adjust both the temperature 85°F to 450°F (30°C to 230°C) and moisture content (0% to 100%) in combination mode. These settings can be changed up to 10 times in quick succession. This ensures the food is cooked just the way you like it.
3 in 1
The 3 in 1 principle gives you 3 cooking modes in one single appliance. So you can whip up delicious dishes even in small kitchens – use oven mode for a crispy finish or the steam cooking function to cook food gently. Combi mode in particular will give you stunning results.
MasterChef
How long does the bread need and what about the vegetables? For dishes that you prepare using various intelligent Automatic Programs, you don't have to select the temperature or the duration – your appliance works automatically, making your work in the kitchen so much easier. Do you prefer your chicken a little crispier? You can customize the degree of cooking and / or browning for many types of food.
Automatic keeping warm function
At the end of the cooking duration, food is automatically kept warm for up to 15 minutes without any loss of quality. So it does not matter if you are a few minutes late.
Automatic menu cooking
Fish or meat, potatoes, and vegetables – with MasterChef automatic menu cooking you can cook up to 3 different foods at the same time. The appliance sets the temperature, durations, and sequence. For perfect results, you simply have to put the food into the steam oven at the right time and in the right order. This is how you can make a full meal in just one cooking process and with no stress.
Quantity-independent cooking
Whether you’re planning to cook just a single portion or a meal for the whole family, the cooking time is always the same in our combi-steam ovens for all weights – fresh or frozen. This makes things easy for you, as there is no need to spend time weighing food and calculating the different durations.

With our innovative Miele@home system, you can take full advantage of your Miele appliances and make your everyday life even smarter. All intelligent Miele domestic appliances can be networked conveniently and securely. Operation is simple – whether you use the Miele app, voice control, or integration into existing smart-home solutions. The appliances are networked via a home WiFi router and the Miele Cloud.
SoftOpen and SoftClose
Always a head-turner: Thanks to a sophisticated damping mechanism, the door closes and opens with impressive grace. And it does so up to 90° – so you have plenty of room to easily reach the food inside the oven compartment .
Timers
How to be ready on time and relaxed with it: just set the start time, end time, or duration of the cooking process. The process will then end automatically once the programmed duration has elapsed. The built-in kitchen timer is a really convenient feature in lots of situations too. Furthermore, in the event of a power outage the set time is saved for up to 150 hours.
Motorized lift-up control panel with SoftClose
Design and user convenience combined: The control panel opens and closes gently at the touch of a finger – without opening the appliance door. Hidden behind the lift-up control panel are the water container, condensate container, and the wireless food probe. The panel tilts toward you when you press the sensor control to give you the best view of the display.

An innovative steam system: Unlike other systems, the steam generator on our appliances is located outside the oven compartment. During the cooking process, this whole compartment fills with steam and the oxygen is displaced. The advantages of this are a fast heating time, optimum temperature measurement, and the fact the food retains its natural color. And because lime scale does not build up in the oven compartment, cleaning is incredibly easy.
