The oven base delivers a culinary cornerstone with precision heat control from 150 F to 650 F. Hestan s innovative heat exchanger provides maximum heat transfer to the oven cavity. Meanwhile, the heavy-duty counterweighted door actually stays shut, keeping all that heat inside the oven.
