PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
High-performance pasta cookers offer optimum power and precision al dente control. Choose from either 45,000 Btu/hour or 80,000 Btu/hour burner systems to suit your cooking style and performance needs. The 12-gallon stainless steel chamber is fully -welded and triple-insulated for heavy-duty dependability. A thoughtfully positioned overflow drain makes skimming starch a snap, and micro perforations on pasta baskets prevent even the smallest pastas from floating away.

Piezo-electric ignition system to ignite the standing pilot; no need for an electrical supply
Top-mounted water faucet to replenish water loss
Overflow drain positioned perfectly for easy skim of starch, reducing build-up
Front-accessible stainless steel cabinet door for easy control, cleaning and service access
Basket perforations designed to prevent even the smallest types of pasta from slipping out of the basket
