PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The AGA eR7 100 gives you everything you love about the classic AGA Cast Iron range, but with the ability to turn each cooking area on and off, and the added convenience of touchscreen control to select from a range of cooking temperatures.
The three ovens - for roasting, baking and simmering - and two hotplates on the AGA eR7 100 are controlled by a touch-screen panel. Hotplates and ovens can be individually controlled, and for optimal control, there are 5 heat settings for the roasting oven and 4 for the baking oven.
The cast-iron ovens also feature an Altrashell(TM) coating, which seals the cast-iron and makes them easier to clean. For further ease, the inner door liners can be removed and placed in a dishwasher.
The AGA Classic eR7 100 is available in 17 contemporary colors.

RANGE OF COOKING METHODS
Temperature Control: The roasting oven offers five pre-set temperature settings, including options for baking and fast grilling, while the baking oven provides four settings, allowing for precise temperature adjustments based on cooking requirements.
Multi-Oven Configuration Cast-Iron Ovens: The eR7 models come with three cast-iron ovens designated for roasting, baking, and simmering. These ovens utilize radiant heat to cook food gently, preserving flavor and moisture.
Touch-Screen Interface: A state-of-the-art digital touch-screen control panel allows independent operation of ovens and hotplates, providing flexibility to use only the components needed at any given time.
The AGA eR7 is equipped with two hotplates-one for boiling and one for simmering. These plates can accommodate large pans and double as a cooking surface. They heat up in approximately 10-12 minutes and can be turned off when not in use
The AGA eR7 Series offers a blend of traditional cooking methods with modern technology, providing versatility and control for a wide range of culinary tasks.
